ASGA Championship '26 Results

Another ASGA Championship event is in the books. 116 players competed in 11 flights over 36 holes.  Our 2026 Gross ASGA Champion is Mike Morris, who shot rounds of 68 at Clay and 72 at Kizer.  Our 2026 Net ASGA Champion is Paul Matson who shot net scores of 61 at Jimmy Clay and 67 at Kizer.  Their names are of course inscribed for history on our website, and will be added to our list of ASGA Champions. In addition to our course leaders, we had Long Drive and Closest to the Pin skills challenges. Here are those winners:

Skills challenge winners will be honored and receive their winnings at our upcoming Annual Meeting.  Congratulations also to all our flight winners who, in addition to the thrill of victory, picked up quadruple prize credits!!!

 Attendance was slightly lower than last year as the heat made a few sensible souls stay inside, hopefully with a refreshing beverage. 

Our next significant event on the schedule will be on October 6th at Morris Williams.  Our Annual President’s Cup Match Play event will take place followed by our Annual Meeting and Banquet. Watch your email in the next few days for all the details. 

And finally, thanks to the staff at Clay-Kizer for all their support, especially minimizing disruptions due to the Kizer reconstruction project!!!
